"physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body. it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. “No student ever attains eminent success by simply doing what
is required of him/her; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and
above that determines the greatest of ultimate distinction.”

Reflection
Many
students think that by just doing what is required they will become successful
but truly it depends on what are the decisions that they make because in life
you are always going to have to fallow your heart. For example, lets day that
my sister is always doing what is required only but never goes that extra mile
in life, she has a good chance of not becoming that successful because she
never tried her best instead she just did what she had to.
