Duties and Responsibilities: This is a particular kind of job and is well-known from the Health/Safety Specialist in that more do industrial hygiene functions. Some duties Industrial hygienist do is
·         Shows industrial hygiene filed measurements and safety evaluations.
·         Assesses work place for occupational health hazards by observing work conditions, assessing records, conducting interviews, sampling, and monitoring chemical or physical agents.
·         If specified, industrial hygienist monitors and samples strategies and conducts these activities.
·         They also Maintain, operate, and calibrates a variety of sampling and monitoring equipment.
·         They also see and monitoring and sampling results, makes determinations, and develops corrective strategies.
Salary: $76,000
Education: the minimum, industrial hygienist can have is Bachelor's degree or other physical or life science field. Industrial Hygienist must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this type of field or, any equivalent combination of experience.

Reflection: no I would not like to be in industrial hygienist because I don’t want to be in that type of field it would be nice to know all that stuff but It’s not something I want to do for the rest of my life.
